Easter Photo Session 2023 Terms and Conditions.

  1. Easter photo session offer can be booked and redeemed till 30th April 2023.
  2. 50% of sum must be paid within a day after session is booked. Another 50% payment must be made after photo session is completed.
  3. Session can be done at your location (office or home, outdoors) and at the time suits you the best. For your convenience session can be done in my home studio in Gosport.
  4. Travel distance would be calculated from postcode PO13 9UZ. Distance further than 25 miles, 35 miles and 45 miles respectively would be charged  £1 per mile. 
  5. 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours photo sessions respectively is actual time of photo session excluding photographer`s preparation time (travel time, setting up gear exploring location etc.).
  6. 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours photo sessions respectively includes Client`s wardrobe change. Usually we do not follow those strict time limitations to avoid any unnecessary stress but it might be important to follow those time limitations due to location restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  7. After the shooting is complete, we’ll sit down and review each shot and decide upon the images that you want to keep. Those will be retouched and ready for you within a week.
  8. Prepared images will be uploaded to your personal and password protected digital gallery ready for you to download, print or share.
  9. You will be able to use photos without any restrictions. Few of those photos may be uses on Soft Glass website and/or social media platforms.
